Infrequently Asked Questions

Every so often I get asked about who I am, what I do, where I live. The basic questions that you get tired of answering. So I've written this page to dispense of those folk. 'nuff said.

Q: What is your name?
A: My real name is John, but I'd prefer it if you called me by my alias, Nuticulus, on the internet. It's creepy when people call you by your real name on the 'net.

Q: Age?
A: I'm in my late teens.

Q: Where do you live?
A: I live in England. It's cold and wet here. And it never snows. :(

Q: What do you look like?
A: I'm 6'2" currently (thereabouts) and I'm quite slim. Brown hair, brown eyes. Plain.

Q: Favourite colour?
A: Good question... navy blue, perhaps. You know, #000099.

Q: Nuticulus... have I seen you before?
A: Maybe. I've cropped up a bit online, you may know me from any number of online forums.

Q: Where do you hang out on the net?
A: Not as much as I used to, but I can be found on the hackthissite.org forums, the albinoblacksheep forums and the youngcoders forums. Those are the ones I bother to read, anyway.

Q: What are your hobbies/interests?
A: Computers, electronics, programming, web-design, making models, generally constructive things, TV, listening to music, occasional gaming, reading.

Q: What computer languages do you know?
A: Enough to get along well online. C/C++, PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Perl, MySQL

Q: What is your taste in music like?
A: As some might have it, terrible. I'm into electronic music, but I'm quite partial to metal and rock. Favourite artists/groups include: Torley Wong, Prodigy, Aphex Twin, Kraftwerk, Coldplay, Greenday, Metallica, Rammstein and Muse.

Q: What type of person are you? Extrovert? Introvert?
A: I'm a very introverted person. I enjoy being alone in peace. That's not to say I don't like being with friends. Sometimes it's just nice to be alone.

Q: Can I contact you?
A: Sure. That's my hotmail account, by the way, I don't read it all too often. Don't be offended if it takes me a while to reply.
